Return & Refund Policy – Swag Shopper

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

  • Return window: 5 days from the date of delivery
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received
  • Non-returnable items: Damaged-by-customer items, items without original packaging
  • Return shipping: We offer free returns — a prepaid return label will be provided upon approval of your return request
  • Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • Damaged/wrong items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at swag.shopper.enterprise@gmail.com with photos and we'll make it right

⚠️ Return Abuse Policy: We monitor return activity across all accounts. Customers who submit multiple or frequent return requests may be flagged for return abuse. Flagged accounts may have their ability to place new orders, request returns, or access our store permanently restricted without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer found misusing our return policy.
